What to Expect

Over 12 weeks, from September 19th to December 12th, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Our sessions are designed to help you connect with the parts of yourself that are holding on too tightly, uncover the misguided beliefs and emotions that keep you stuck, and restore your capacity for self-care and balance.

Here’s what each week will look like:

Week 1 (9/19): Awareness & Mindfulness

Discover when you’re overcontrolled and doing too much. Learn mindfulness techniques to connect with the part of you that holds on too tightly.

Week 2 (9/26): Emotional Regulation

Master techniques to ground and soothe yourself when emotions run high. Respond with intention rather than reverting to old patterns.

Week 3 (10/3): Deepen Emotional Regulation

Continue to build emotional resilience with Somatic techniques like Brainspotting , and Emotional Freedom techniques.

Week 4 & 5 (10/10 & 10/17): Self-Audit & Reflection

Conduct a thorough self-audit to clarify your values, strengths, and core wounds. Begin the journey of self-forgiveness and inner healing.

Week 6 (10/24): Self-Compassion & Self Love

Embrace mindfulness and self-compassion practices, including RAIN and loving-kindness meditation, to nurture your inner self.

Week 7 (10/31): Beliefs & Mindset Shifts

Redefine letting go as a new beginning. Focus on mindset work to align with what truly matters in your life.

Week 8 (11/7): Embodiment & Flow

Explore embodiment techniques, radical acceptance, and flow state exercises to fully embrace the present moment.

Week 9 (11/14): Spirituality & Gratitude

Cultivate gratitude and spirituality while learning to embrace uncertainty. Engage with practices like breathwork and chakras.

Week 10 (11/21): Interpersonal Boundaries

Strengthen your boundaries and assertiveness to detach from toxic relationship patterns and reclaim your energy.

Thanksgiving Break (11/28): Rest and Reflect

Week 11 (12/5): Integration & Expansion

Seek discomfort to grow. Explore the energetics and spirituality of letting go as you integrate all you've learned.

Week 12 (12/12): Completion & Celebration

Celebrate your growth, reflect on your journey, and plan how to carry these new skills and insights into your everyday life.
